The importance of giving back
Our organization has a long-standing tradition of giving back to the communities in which we live and work. Employee and company contributions are donated quarterly through the Fay-Genstone Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. 100% of employee contributions to the Foundation are disbursed to charities because there are no administrative expenses to operate the program. Historically, our giving has focused on four specific areas: improving access to education, supporting first responders and former service members, providing tools and supplies to school-aged children, and fighting hunger.
Our Mission
The Fay-Genstone Foundation was established to fulfill the philanthropic mission of Fay Group / Genstone Companies employees to serve the communities in which they live and work. Each quarter, their contributions are donated to organizations focused on improving education opportunities, combating food insecurity and poverty, and supporting former military service members and first responders.
